Returns & Refund Policy
At Éireborn, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong item, select the wrong size, no longer want the product, or find a similar product elsewhere.
Please check product descriptions, sizing, colours and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
To request a return, you must contact Éireborn first and provide:

photos of the product and packaging, where applicable
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will issue you with a return authorisation number. Items must not be returned without a return authorisation number.
Return Authorisation Number
All approved returns must include the return authorisation number provided by Éireborn. Returns sent without prior approval or without a return authorisation number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using tracked postage or a reliable courier service, as Éireborn is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Assessment of Returned Items
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
If the item is found not to be faulty or eligible for return, we may refuse the refund or return the item to you at your cost.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition unless the return relates to a genuine fault or issue. Where possible, items should be returned with original packaging, labels and proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
