Payment Before Shipping
Orders will not be packed, dispatched or shipped until payment has been received in full and cleared.
If payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or not received, Éireborn reserves the right to hold, cancel or refuse the order.

Once full payment has been received, we will process your order as soon as reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, supplier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Method
We use Australia Post and/or other suitable courier services for deliveries.
The available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Some products may be sourced from suppliers outside Australia. Where this applies, delivery may take longer. We recommend allowing up to 15 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Éireborn is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the item.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
Éireborn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider, but we will do our best to help resolve genuine delivery issues.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local fees that may apply in their country.
